Metal Stainless Steel Hydraulic 3D Automatic NC CNC Square Tube Bender Pipe Bending Machine
This semi-automatic hydraulic mandrel pipe bender combines precision bending with flexible operation. Bending is hydraulically powered, while pipe feeding and rotation are performed manually, with an electric rotation option available. Hydraulic systems control the pipe clamping and mandrel shift, ensuring bending accuracy within +/-0.1. The machine head is made from durable casting for long-term reliability. Equipped with a microcomputer controller that can be set to English or other languages, it also offers customizable cooling options: fan, water, or oil. Optional high-quality motor choices from SIMENS or ABB are available to suit diverse operational needs.
